Supermarkets will be closing their doors early during the holiday but there is no blanket policy in terms of when that might be.

All Sainsburys stores will open on Bank Holiday Monday but closing times will vary from store to store.
Many are open from 9am until 6pm but some smaller stores, particularly in central London, will be open from 6am until 11pm or even midnight.
