
LONDON MARATHON 2018 will begin this Sunday. Competitors must run, jog, or power-walk the 26.2 mile route through the Cities of London and Westminster in record heat. Lead Personal Trainer, Rowan Clift, has shared his advice in preparing for the race, including what food to add to your diet.
