DENISE Welch was sitting at an idyllic beachside café in Grenada in January when her latest bout of depression took hold. "I felt it starting and within 30 seconds I wasn't well. The colour began to drain from my life," recalls actress and author Denise, 60, who has battled clinical depression for nearly three decades.
