ENGLAND removed its last layer of social restrictions on July 19, allowing nightclubs, and other indoor entertainment venues to open. Despite the latest easing of restrictions, the daily number of COVID-19 cases continues to fall. However scientists warn that relaxing restrictions could be paving the way for vaccine-resistant mutations of the virus.
