
JAMES MARTIN has been reveling in his recent successes with awards from the NTAs, TV Choice and Fortnum and Mason.Alongside his trio of awards, he is celebrating the launch of his newest cookbook which is available for pre-order. The book is a love-letter to butter and celebrates all that can be done with the dairy product. However, despite his ode to butter, the chef almost cut it out of his diet completely after a huge weight loss.
